Is It Painful?
Although any injection can hurt, the needles used for Botox injections are so small that the procedure is generally pain free. If you are concerned about discomfort, one of our Laronn Clinique doctors may apply a topical numbing cream or a cold pack 10-20 minutes before administering your treatment, so you do not feel much pain, if any. You may begin to notice results within 24 to 48 hours for moderate to severe frown lines, with results lasting up to 4 months.
Is There Any Downtime?
Botox/Dysport has virtually no downtime and can truly be considered a “lunchtime prodecure.” Occasionally, some redness and minimal bruising can occur after treatment; however, patients who follow Laronn Clinique Botox/Dysport guidelines usually do not experience any of these.
